IUD surgical removal is tomorrow

And I'm nervous. I can't eat after midnight but can have clear liquids til 8:30am. I'm scheduled for 11:30 am. DH is bringing me and staying with me while MIL watches Mirabelle at our house. They said I'd be there 4-5 hours total. I'm having conscious sedation (so I won't feel it but will be sleepy and protect my own airway). Any positive thoughts would be appreciated! I'll try to update tomorrow once I'm up to it.

Update:
So my OB said the IUD string was all tangled but they found it. She had to dilate me a little more than usual to get it and I had some bad bleeding so they had to put some stitches in. I'm in the car on my way home now. DH is goin to take good care of me. I had some bad painful cramps when I woke up but now I just have cramps similiar to my period cramps. DH asked me to think about TTC in September. I don't know though.

Mightybee- he was more wanting to discuss the idea of TTC. He didn't want to DTD lol. He's grossed out bc the gyno told him about the stitches and how they'll fall out lol.
