Not yet.  I'll probably call back near the end of the week and say "Hey, was I supposed to get a call?"  I'm afraid with my RE out last week, and my nurse out for a couple weeks, they might forget about me.  Oh well.. I guess there's still time. 

QOTW:  I love downtime with my husband.  When we don't have anything to do and we can just relax together.

Still no AF! Have had a bit of spotting but that is very minimal and have felt like crap for a few days so hopefully that leads to something..

@ky29 ((((hugs)))) lady. Let me know what they say. I love downtime with H too.

AFM, yea FF is showing dotted CHs for cd38, but I'm not believing them. If (and that's a big if) I did O I'm more inclined to go with cd42, which puts me at 2dpo. Those three high temps are not very accurate with the holiday weekend (ie drinking & slightly later times). We'll just have to wait and see what happens in a few days. FF will probably just take CHs completely away :-<

Nothing much else going on here. We had a nice low-key, productive holiday weekend trying to get stuff taken care of around the ranch before we leave for vacation.

QOTD: Sitting with H & the dogs out in the pasture watching the cows & calves. We usually relax & drink a few beers while talking about the herd. I also enjoy my Friday mornings bc I catch up on my DVR'd "girly" shows (ex The Bachelorette) while having my coffee & breakfast.

Thanks for the hugs. We will add progesterone starting this cycle so hopefully that does something.

Our parties were good and H got a lot done on our remodel so it was a productive weekend!

QOTW: you guys are making me feel bad with your quality time with YH. My guilty pleasure is soft serve chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles or Dunkin donuts iced coffee :x

@BluEyedGirl26 It's going good. I love the way I feel when I'm working out. I was a gym rat before H & I got married, and I started a different job. I've ordered some new protein online that's low-carb so I'll be cutting out more calories when it arrives to supplement with.

FX the prog. does the trick!!! Yay for a great weekend! I can't wait to see remodel pics.

@blackbird818 - I'm sorry about the tease.    But where are you going for vacation?

And - I just heard from the nurse!  The RE wrote up my protocol, which includes a bunch of drugs that I can't remember.  And she said I need like 3 different things of bloodwork, and my husband needs some too.  I have no idea what she said though, she talked so fast and I don't know what any of it means.  But - I know I'll be doing it all with my CD3 labs, so I'll just call a few days before AF arrives and write down everything they need.  I'm already overwhelmed.

Hi lovelies. I hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend.

I'm in the midst of a natural cycle. We really tried to get the BD down this time around. Hoping for a miracle but I'm ready to start IVF. Like @ky29 - I'm completely overwhelmed with what needs to happen when, so I'll just call on CD1 and start the b/w on CD3. I'm very confused on the different testing options for genetic disorders. I originally thought I needed PGD, but the nurse said that was to test for specific disorders. So, she said the other option was CCS? I need to do some more research on the topic.

QOTW: My simple pleasure is to take a drive in the country with my DH and fur babies.

@blackbird818 - I want to sit down in the pasture and drink beer/talk about cattle. That sounds awesome.

I'm so glad you finally got a protocol from your RE.  All the meds and info can be very overwhelming, but once you get started it gets easier.

My AF showed up and my beta was at 9 as of monday so I went on aygestin and I'm waiting on my Lupron to get delivered.  My RE added several more things to my drug protocol--the aygestin and DHEA.  Also, I get to have a repeat SHG because my old RE sucks monkey nuts.  I hate having to have repeats but I guess it is a good thing because the new RE really wants this to be successful.  I'm just scared right now.....afraid to go through all of this again so I can have another m/c.  But I'm putting my big girl pants on and I'm sucking it up.

Yay for AF & moving forward!!!!! I'm so glad you're not in limbo anymore. That sucks you have to repeat your SHG but at least your new RE is being thorough.

We're going to Playa del Carmen B-) it's where we went on our honeymoon. We LOVE it there!! All inclusive ADULTS ONLY resort.  :-bd \m/

@Lesliem0901 ((((hugs)))) for this natural cycle being it!! It sounds like the consensus is that the IVF process is overwhelming so you're in good company as far as that goes, lovie. 

It sounds like we like alot of the same stuff; we could definitely hang out! You're welcome in my pastures any time......

@Anselser -Did you hear from your nurse? I noticed your anniversary is coming up in a coupe weeks; any fun plans?

I did finally hear from my nurse. She was shocked that I had not heard anything from the Endo office as she said they faxed the referral within days of my follow-up appointment. She said that sometimes they forget to fax paperwork back to the referring dr. so as far as they had known I had already been contacted. She told me she would contact them and find out what was going on. That was on Monday. Tuesday she called me back and said that I was on the wait list at the Endo office and they had no openings for new patients till November. I explained that we are moving in about 1-2 months and that I wanted to have this looked at before we move. She told me she would fax the School of Endocrinology and see if they had any openings that would allow me to get seen sooner. So here is hoping that I can get in soon and at least figure out what to do.

I took an OPK on Monday after work and it was positive so theoretically I should see AF in about 2 weeks? Hopefully? I did also realize that DH and I were not too careful on Friday so not sure what to make of all this as we were trying to wait till after I saw the dr. to try again. Guess we'll find out in a few weeks.

As for our anniversary, I don't think we're going to do anything exciting as we're trying to save all of our money for our move. But I think we may go out for a nice dinner. And hopefully the roommate will have moved out by then (as she has no choice now after almost getting us evicted.) so we can have the apartment to ourselves for our anniversary.

QOTD: I absolutely love to read, it is one of the most pleasurable things for me. I will read most anything and can lose myself in books for hours. (So if anyone has any good books they would recommend I'd love to hear them.)

Today was actually a little better though, so hoping I pick it up quickly.
Excited but nervous for my RE appointment on Friday...I think I'm just ready for my body to do something (CD42).

@lesliem0901- FX this cycle works out for you. I know IVF and all the options are a little daunting. If you ever need to vent, feel free- I get it! We did PGD/PGS as well so I know a bit about the differences between that and CCS.

@O2Girl- Sorry about having to do a repeat SHG. That totally sucks, but it sounds like your RE wants to be pretty thorough, which is encouraging.

I guess I'll see what happens. I'm so afraid to get excited and jinx it. Like if I talk about it or get hopeful, it won't work. Totally irrational I know, but I can't help it.

QOTW: Chocolate! Being lazy on the couch. Waffles with PB and syrup on the weekends. Going to visit my family up in Michigan.

Just remember you're not out until you're out. And there's no way to know what the spotting is right now, but it could be implantation spotting. My only BFP I had implantation spotting. more (((hugs)))

@MSU_Girl1202 We don't leave until Aug. 3rd. :!!  let the countdown begin lol. I'm glad you're feeling more comfortable at work. It'll get better! I know the feeling of wanting you body to do something. (((HUGS))) hopefully the RE will have some answers for you.

Oh lady I've been thinking about you. I'm sure that being away from YH adds to the stress of a new job. FX that you have a great appt with the RE on Friday.

I have done nothing but FETs and with the estrace I didn't get my AF..... And from what my old RE told me that is what is supposed to happen.....no AF. FX it goes smoothly for you. How exciting!

I've managed to remember to chart every day, but I'm not sure it's going to work so well for me. My temperature is all over the place normally, but I'll give it a try ^^

AF did show which makes me happy. I'm trying to do it right now by tracking my temps and using OPK's so we'll see what this cycle brings!

I found out last week that a young cousin of mine died; he was only 43 and it was unexpected. His funeral was yesterday/today so that's kinda got me in a funk. He was one of the nicest and sweetest individuals
I've ever had the privilege of knowing. Sorry to be a Debbie but it's something I'm working through right now.

@medic7979 (((hugs))) lady I hope those betas start to drop quickly. I know it feels like forever but you are still in the normal range of waiting for AF to return post-mc.

I'm with you....cold drinks & gettin' dirty is always fun! :-bd That's fishing for ya. Sometimes it's good; sometimes it's a bust lol. If you're interested, I have a grilled fish taco recipe that is great with bass. (it's for tilapia but I used bass this past weekend from our catch and it was awesome)

ps send me a friend request on FF and I'll do my best to chart stalk ya   you might also want to add a link to your chart in your siggy so others can look it over especially on the CT, etc.

Are you using FF to chart your temps? If so post the link and I'll take a look. Are you taking you temp right when you wake up (without getting out of bed)? Also do you know if you're a mouth breather? Some ladies have to temp vaginally bc of mouth breathing to get a more accurate reading.

@blackbird818‌ Thanks for checking in! We just got back home this morning, and I'm still groggy and not feeling well. I felt guilty sleeping while DH drove the last 10hrs home so now we are both sleep deprived. I started out the drive on this road that continually switched speed limits back and forth between 45 and 65. I was coming up a hill and once at the top, spotted a cop coming the other direction. At that point the speed had dropped back down to 45, and I was in the process of slowing down. I was at 53 at that point. The bastard pulls me over and claims I was doing 58! And of course writes me a ticket! Our actual trip was fine once my SIL left. Can't stand her or her POS hubby. They stayed at my in-laws the first two days. So we got one good day and a half. I was lucky enough to also visit a good friend while down there so that was a highlight.

I wasn't going to do it. POAS. I really wasn't. But I did. My bloodwork had shown that my progesterone level was good at 7dpiui so I didn't need a supplement. That had only happened when I actually got my BFP so I had gotten extremely hopeful. Today I'm at 12dpiui. And it's negative. I go tomorrow for my blood work, but walking in there a lot less hopeful.

AFM: I have a bit of an update.  I decided to call the nurse back today, and apologize for seeming stupid and being overwhelmed not knowing what she was talking about.  I now know I'm going in on CD3 for my AMH, E2 & FSH + Infectious disease panel.  Then a couple of weeks before the start of my IVF cycle, I go in for our injections class.  Since I want DH to be there for that, but his work schedule is difficult, he's going to do his infectious disease panel that day.  And, I also found out that they code all the bloodwork as testing, which my insurance covers.  I had no idea!!  So, I feel a thousand times better.

I've managed to remember to chart every day, but I'm not sure it's going to work so well for me. My temperature is all over the place normally, but I'll give it a try ^^

Are you using FF to chart your temps? If so post the link and I'll take a look. Are you taking you temp right when you wake up (without getting out of bed)? Also do you know if you're a mouth breather? Some ladies have to temp vaginally bc of mouth breathing to get a more accurate reading.

I am, but I'm having trouble charting in the morning, since I tend to be in a huge rush when I get up. I have been trying to take it at the same time every day though, for the most part. I'm not a mouth breather, except when I'm stuffed up I've only been charting the temperature for a few days, so I'm not sure that you'll be able to see anything, but I can share anyways if you still want.

Also, a tiny bit of AW, I had asked a friend to create a memorial picture for me, and I just got the finished product.

The character is my beloved character Aylsa, who has been with me for many years and is basically a fictionalized version of me from a few years ago (though I didn't realize it at the time)
