1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 28 weeks,eggplant

2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? No new symptoms, but I am starting to have to pee all the time again.  I see my ob today.  I am sure we will talk about my first week of gluclose testing.

GTKY: Has your SO done anything special, helpful, or joined in on your suffering to help you through?  Last night DH pricked his finger to see what I have been going through and checked his levels!  He is super needle shy and he had me cracking up because he was so freaked out (this was all his idea btw).

He also made some curtain rods for the soon to be nursery, helped me paint, and installed new blinds.  He has been on a roll this week.

1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie)  27 weeks, so rutabaga.  Not sure that about that size as these tend to be pretty small from what I am remembering.  
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments?  Endo this afternoon and MFM tomorrow morning.  No major cravings - well, at least ones that I can actually eat these days.

GTKY: Has your SO done anything special, helpful, or joined in on your suffering to help you through?  DH is wanting to start doing to the OB appointments with me.  I had told him that it was his choice if he attended or not back in February and until last week, he only went to the first one (I honestly don't care one way or the other but he was actually listening in the Bradley classes last week when the teacher's husband spoke and commented that it was a good idea for the partner to attend the OB appointments so they can speak up and ask questions that Mom may not think of or think is important).

2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? I have been so gassy and backed up for a week, and my feet are so swollen I had to buy shoes in a size 11, when I normally wear 9s.  And I am on a pretty consistent every 15-20 minute pee routine while at work.  I am pretty miserable.  98 days to go.

3. GTKY: Has your SO done anything special, helpful, or joined in on your suffering to help you through?  Not as far as pregnancy goes, but he did drive a solid 12 hours after working a 12 hour shift to get me home to my family after my grandpa died.  It's special because he can only handle about half of my family, and only in short spurts.

2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Crazy heartburn. Constant back pain. SPD. BHs. Sleeping like crap which = daytime fatigue. Oh, the joys of pregnancy. :P

2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? My morning sickness has returned, lame. I had it until about 21 weeks, so I was pretty sad that it came back.  I took my glucose test last week and I'll get my results at my appointment this Friday. They just started scheduling me every two weeks, aaaahhh!!!! This is going by way too quickly.

3. GTKY: Has your SO done anything special, helpful, or joined in on your suffering to help you through? DH was out of town all of last week, he got back just before midnight on Monday and he's leaving again tomorrow. He bought me a pie to cheer me up. I'll take what I can get.

Back aches and some acid reflux, but it is what it is! Tomorrow we start our birthing class, I'm pretty excited about that.  I still don't have any REAL cravings, although I did buy a big bag of Twizzlers last night "> AS for my rant. 

 

Dear Boss, how dare  you come in my office last night and ask me to pick up another co-workers work, after this same co-worker had spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone yesterday making personal phone calls?? THEN YOU Mr. Boss man leave early?? If said co-worker ACTUALLY did his work instead of making his personal calls all day he would have enough time to do his job.  I am already doing another ladies job, as she is on vacation.  So now you want me to do 3 people's jobs with no extra pay?? Ummm Thanks but no thanks.  Just an FYI, I don't think I'll be coming back to this b.s. after baby!

3. GTKY: Has your SO done anything special, helpful, or joined in on your suffering to help you through?

Yes!  My DH bought me a wrap for my engagement ring for Mother's Day! When we were getting married we didn't have a ton of $, so I just got a plain band, which I love and has come in very handy!! But he had to go up north and said he was going to get the ring cleaned since he was going to be in the area anyways, and came home with a extra-beautiful surprise!

@mel689. I am pretty sure my DH was adding some pound too until I got put on the GD diet! Probably best for us all!

27 weeks, rutabaga!

I have a class to learn how to manage my insulin tomorrow and an overdue haircut coming up on Tuesday. I'm excited about both.

My husband quit smoking, which was a really big deal. However, he's just now getting that we don't have much time left to set up the nursery and the registry. I'm beyond antsy about these getting these things done.

Sleep sucks.  I think Nemo has been messing with my colon, still mostly craving chocolate, had my appointment on Monday.

DH is pretty fabulous all the time, I think he is actually nesting right now.  lol
