That is when peonies are in season? I was thinking they were earlier. I love those! And of course those roses are fantastic. My dad actually grows them. Maybe he will be able to bring some.

They aren't in season but I'm sure you could yet them. Plus they're large so you don't need tons, or you can just add a few in. Gerber daisies are also fun

There are lots of ideas on there but we have decided on doing a baseball theme mixed with a fall theme. We will have hot dogs, nachos, pumpkins painted like baseballs, cider, etc.

We're staying with "Guess whoooos turning 1!" Cant seem to post/upload a pic with the app. I want to do a food "bar" but couldnt decide. And just now went, "fried chicken and baked potato bar!" So apparently that is happening.

I think we're doing a woodland creature theme for Fox (surprise surprise) that way it can have lots of fall elements.

This is the invite I was thinking about. I was gonna pick a few key colors off of it.



And then I was thinking of having pumpkins for the kids to decorate.

For food I was thinking of things like a
chili bar, homemade Mac n cheese, corn muffins, and a Dessert bar of course with things like this.



And spiked apple cider, of course.

I really need to start crafting soon lol

We are going with a "Where the Wild Things Are" theme.  The board has some random on it though from before we decided on the theme.

@lstein5‌ and now I'm following you for a cheat sheet lol my sister did my baby shower as woodland/book themed so I have to be careful not to do the same things a few pics from that....

@crunchymama I don't know how many young kids will be at your Hungry Catapiller party but I saw some HC coloring book style placemats this morning at Half Price Books (the big one near 75 and NW Hwy).  There were 30 for $4, I think.

This thread is making me question everything.

Coming from a fellow Halloween baby, the Halloween themed birthdays, while fun, get kind of old. I try to pick a theme and invite people to dress up for that theme instead.

Just caught back up with this thread... I've got so many different theme ideas, I have no idea what we're going to do. But I do love @afolske106 baseball/fall theme... I might steal that one! I really wanted to do dinosaurs and had a lot of the activities/food planned, but DH wants to save that one for his 3rd or 4th party so he can enjoy the activities too.
