I got caught up last night. Jacqueline looks different. Anyone else think she had more plastic surgery?

Watching Teresa and Gia tour the house for sale was ridiculous. They have no sense of reality.

I think she's gained some weight which probably has affected her facelift she had. I really like her, and am glad to see she didn't sign up for the shoe again, but am glad they are keeping us posted on her life.

I agree with the house hunt.
Going from 12K sqf to 8K is not downsizing!!!! An 8k sqf HOUSE is NOT "reality"

I was like cringing watching it for so many reasons. I can't stand Amber or the twins. I miss Jacqueline, Rosie, and I guess the other one (why can't I remember her name??) Amber, albeit is going through something very serious, seems like a total drama queen. And Jim is a dick!! The twins talk just to hear themselves talk. Theresa being so "business savvy" and downgrading to a 1.5 million dollar house is disgusting. I love how they did the flashback to her saying "the thought if living in someone else's house us skeevy." Karma is a total bitch huh? BTW when is their sentencing??

Their sentencing keeps getting pushed back. I think it is the beginning of October. My guess is that Joe will go to jail and Teresa will get house arrest. I really don't like how the show is sympathetic towards them. They are convicted felons!

I doubt either of them have to do time. They'll probably just get probation.

Omg she is pregnant? I hadn't heard that! I recorded the episode and WWHL. After dinner I'm watching both and enjoying m&m cookies I made last night!

Watched last night and omg-such drama for supposed "grownups" Jim is a tool and every time the twins yack I want to reach through the tv and tell them to hush up. :-@

I also dislike how Bravo is trying to drum up sympathy for Joe and Teresa. Sentencing in T minus 2 days!!!

I"m glad they explained why the Jonas brother was in Kathy's new house too. They panned by him and I was all "uhhhh aren't you in a boy band???"

Yes the twins are annoying and trashy. Not a fan of Jim either. He is being a girl and causing drama. Last season was better but of course I will continue to watch.

I keep refreshing my google search "Joe and Teresa sentencing." They are in court and the only thing that's been leaked is that the judge is really "chastising" their decisions. No official sentence yet.

I'm not surprised Joe got jail time and in my opinion he should be going to jail.

I definitely agree he should be going to jail. I think in surprised he got the max sentence. I feel like celebrities always get off on stuff. Maybe because this is in New Jersey not like LA or something. And I really think Teresa should be going to jail but I just feel so bad for the kids. Although with or without their parents I think they're all going to grow up to be trouble anyways.

Wowowwowowow. Again its not that I don't think they deserved jail. I just really didn't expect them to get it. At least they can serve staggered so one of them is with the girls. But this is going to be so hard on them. And at least she doesn't report until after Christmas. They didn't ask for their parents to act this way. Do you think they'll flee to Italy? How would that work?

Yeah I'm surprised Teresa got jail time, but she is deserving of it.  I also feel bad for their daughters, they don't deserve any of this.  Joe and Teresa should have thought about their girls before getting into this mess.  I don't think they will go to Italy.  Both families are in NJ.

WOW! I totally forgot about this yesterday. His sentence doesn't surprise me but hers does, it is much longer than I thought but I think the judge nailed it. I feel badly for their children but not for them.

Gia will be graduating from HS by the time her family is all back together.

another thought regarding Joe and Teresa, what do you think the chances are that they flee to Italy after Teresa serves her sentence in order to avoid joe's longer sentence.

 It would give Joe and the rest of their family 15 months to get things on order for them to leave. The girls and Teresa would be able to return to the US to visit family/friends but Joe would not.

It would be a really bitch move for Joe to make his wife serve her time and skip out on his but I could almost see them doing this since his 2 sentences combined are 4 years.

Also, do they shorten sentences for good behavior in these cases? I'm thinking of situations like when Paris Hilton was in jail and she served something like 36 hours for a 9 month sentence b/c of over crowding. I'm guessing that since these charges were more serious and this is federal prison it wouldn't get too reduced.

Would Joe be allowed to leave the country with a future jail sentence? I don't know how that works. I've so thought about shorter sentences for good behavior. I think it depends on the type and severity of the crime.

I just cannot imagine Teresa in jail. Omg

I doubt they would be able to flee to Italy even if they wanted; I'm sure the judge is making them relinquish their passports. 
The next season of RHONJ should be very interesting. Do you think they will allow cameras in the federal pin?  :-S

I'm really anxious to see WWHL Monday.

Did any of you ladies see the RHOA trailer for the upcoming season? Looks crazy. I will be watching because of Apollo's hot mess. I really hope Phaedra divorces him if she hasn't already.
