Frustrated with follow up

We have been officially licensed for about a month now and I am already frustrated with the waiting.   It would be so bad if we got feedback on inquiries we submit but they just go into a giant black hole.   I sent a question to our CW  last week and still haven't heard back from her.   I need to figure out how to deal with the delays in feedback and communication.
