Super gross poop issue PIP!!

So DS has been super miserable all night and we had no idea why. After a couple loud farts I changed him and it was like straight mucous. So of course I'm freaking out. We actually smelled it cause it was strange looking. Smells nothing like poop it smelled like dead fish!! Help!!! Of course if this continues I will contact his doc in the morning. I was hoping someone on here has seen this. Sorry for the pic but I need to share it with moms who might understand.

Is this the only poop with mucus? You could call dr in am and ask. However I think one or two mucousy diapers every now and then are "ok." Ok in the sense of a tummy bug or extra mucous from nasal drainage or extra drool. However if this is happening a lot then it could indicate a food intolerance.

It's the first and only one. It was just surprising to me that it was all mucous and didn't smell like poop at all. DS was super happy after passing it and was no longer miserable. He is BF and can't really think of anything diff in my diet that could have caused it. He has been drooling a lot more lately and hand a strange sneeze attack yesterday so maybe that caused it. I'm just gonna keep an eye on him today he has an appt tomorrow for shots so we will have him checked out. Thanks for the help. I totally freaked when I saw it.
