XP: HFM and cleaning

DS has hand foot and mouth, picked it up from daycare. I figure I should wipe down/clean some of his toys as  a precaution (though I do not think you can re-infect yourself). Any tips for cleaning toys? I was thinking just vinegar and water and wipe with a wash clothe.

    Or us the sanitize setting on your dishwasher. I personally would do a bleach wash first then put it though the washer or dishwasher.

    Vinegar doesn't kill everything so I would use bleach. Just fill the bath tub with water and add 1/4 of bleach.
