Lol sadly these are all true. Little old ladies love to try to peek at the girls. Pink dresses apparently throw people off. We've been stopped in parking lots by people driving by and saying "are those twins?!" Double the trouble makes me cringe and people ask ALL the time if twins run in the family (aka a "nice" way of asking if they're "natural").

Meanwhile I'm in yoga pants pushing a tank of a double stroller just trying not to stab anyone

My two are 15 months apart and we use a double stroller. We get asked allll the time if they're twins. DS is 17.5 lbs and is waving bye bye to you. DD is 9.5 lbs and can't lift her head. But sure. They're twins.

A few weeks ago we were out with a friend of mine and her 9 month old. Someone asked how old "my kids" were and I managed- with a straight face- to tell them my twins were "a few weeks old" and that my older daughter was 10 months. The reaction was priceless.

Completely unrelated to the fact that this article is about twins, I cringed when I read the part about the lady pulling back the blanket.
I get really pissed off when random strangers try to touch my babies. Like wtf seriously where do ppl get the idea that it's ok to touch someone else's baby?

My twin sister and I always get asked if we're related, then if we're sisters, and finally if we're twins. Sometimes they'll follow that up by asking if we have the same birthday. And that's only if the person is brave enough to ask instead of just staring at us.
