XP - Sunblock for eczema

Hi all!  I need some help, my DS has pretty bad eczema on his legs and inside elbows.  I have tried multiple kinds of sunscreen and they seem to be making the eczema worse.  I've tried Neutrogena baby, Aveeno baby and banana boat.  All with the same results.  I plan to make a doc apt, but I was hoping you guys could give some tried and true recommendations!

luckily our DS's eczema pretty much cleared up once winter was over. we have been using babyganics and coppertone water babies pure & simple without any issues. i'd go with a mineral-based sunblock rather than chemical-based.

the national eczema association has a list of recommended brands on their website. i've seen most of those brands on amazon, and target sells california baby products.
