Cloth Diapering

First time poster - question on brand

Hi all,

I've been a bit of a lurker on this board but have never posted before so apologies that my first post is a question. I will be a new mom in Nov, and have been wanting to try cloth diapering. I found a person willing to sell about 40 kushies all in ones and 30 liners for $100. I looked these up online and found middle of the road reviews, so wanted to reach out and see what you all thought of these. Any input would be greatly appreciated. TIA!!

  • I was given some Kushies, and I never could get them to work for us. The ones I had were AIOs with flannel inside and out. I guess there was a hidden layer of PUL, but from the way they wicked and leaked, you'd never know there was supposed to be anything waterproof about them. They were also enormous. They were easily the most bulky diaper I've ever tried to use.

Ive only heard mediocre reviews at best. There are several other 'cheapie' brands that work well. Look into Kawaii and Alva, or even prefolds and covers if you're on a tight budget.

I'd second this, I've haven't heard any good reviews regarding this brand.  And that's a lot of diapers for super cheap.  I'd stay away from it.
