We were going to take all three kids to the park. DH got the stroller set up and Audrey in it. Then he sat outside with her while I finished feeding Rhys, changed him cause he had a poopsplosion, got DS1 into socks and shoes, put the dog in her kennel, shut all the windows, tried unsuccessfully to find bug spray, found DS1's hat, and went to the bathroom. 'Cause he apparently couldn't have helped with any of that. I ended up staying home with the twins because I was pissed. A little more help when you're home would be nice. Dork.

Tomorrow I turn 27, and while I should be excited, I'm not. I get so sad thinking about getting older, and Brooke growing up. I know it's stupid, and I should just live life, but I can't help think I won't ever get these moments back. I have had these feelings in the past, but with the baby and my birthday, I seem to be thinking about it a lot more.

We got home yesterday from visiting family to find the following:

- a large pile of undelivered newspapers on the porch despite me calling twice to have the paper held while we were away;

- the neighbors have "borrowed" our trash cans and filled them to the brim so there is no room for our garbage;

- the same asshat neighbors set fireworks off in our driveway leaving a bunch of burn marks and pock marks in the concrete

MH is nicer than me and spoke to the neighbors about their rude behavior. I was ready to burn a pile of poopy diapers on their lawn.

DH and I jus got in another fight during the middle of the night while DS had gas. Last time it was because I was rocking too hard, this time i was bouncing too hard! Really dude?! You really think I don't know what I'm doing here, or that I would do something to hurt him?!!! I pretty much yelled at mh, and then apologized. But did he accept that apology? Nope! He started lecturing me more! Ughh men!

@babycaps‌, first day back pretty much sucked. I cried three times. I also came back to a new team, new supervisor, and a new client list. My new supervisor decided to treat me like a new employee even though I've been at my job longer than he has.

Luckily, LO was just up the street at my mom's for the day. I think today will be harder.

Allison woke at 5 wanting to be fed.  No biggie.  DH takes this feed so I can go pump.  Well, I've been tracking her patterns and in order to coordinate her naps with my pumps (approximately) and still have them spaced out, I needed to pump closer to 5:30 or 6, so I asked DH to wake me when he came back in.  This, for some reason, made him all pissy.  I was up anyway at 5:30 so I got everything together for pumping (and I need 45 mins at this pump) and get started when he comes downstairs at 5:40 to complain that he just got her back down when he sneezed and woke her up.  Um, ok, what do you want me to do about it??  I'm pumping.  And it takes me 45 minutes to pump 4.5 oz.  I didn't get back upstairs until nearly 6:30, when he bitches that it took until 6:10 to get her back down and now he has to get up for work.  I know you work outside the home all day, but I'm working here with her, and when you were REALLY sick yesterday i took the 4am feed AND got up at 6 to pump, and didn't bat an eye.

Yeah. My milk flow is slow and since it's the first pump of the day I have to add in setup time. It sucks, literally. When dh is home or my mom or mil are here they take ally when I pump, and my other pumps are about 30 mins. If I'm alone I have to try to time to her naps or put her in the swing or the jumper. I hate it.

It's Tuesday, but I don't care.

Brooklyn slept from 8:30-4:30, then from 5-8.

I slept for two hours.

There is not enough coffee to fix this day.

It was sooooo good! I had a great day of work and outpumped Arthur's intake by 2oz. Rob swept, vacuumed, cleaned the upstairs bathroom, did dishes, did laundry, tidied, sent a quote to a client, made dinner, and had a plate of cheese&crackers and a cocktail for me when I got home. We are like a gender-flipped couple from the 1950s......

Ok I have one now, even though it's tuesday.  I returned to work 3 weeks ago.  I have been pumping in the computer server room in our office.  Even though there is no lock on the door, and I am aware it is part of the law that they provide me with a locking room.  I work at a law firm, but I guarantee I would get backlash from the crazy bitch who runs the ofc if I said something about that. So I let it slide and have been putting a sign on the door that says "DO NOT ENTER!"

Today the bitch calls me and tells me they are putting cameras in there, so I can't pump in there anymore.  We have several offices within our office, all occupied by attorneys and not to mention that they all have doors with windows, as well as another window.  Some have blinds, some do not.  So the attys are frequently out of the office attending hearings, so I am going to have to find an empty office WITH blinds every day to pump.  I can't possibly kick an atty out of their office 3 times a day for 30-40 mins. (yes it takes me that long, even with heat packs to speed up letdown, and constantly massaging my boobs to get more out, set up and break down of pump etc).  This is absurd and I'm totally annoyed.  I'm going to ask if I can just use the conference room.  But then what happens when there's a meeting??  Andplusalso (i hate that phrase) there's another girl returning from maternity leave next week and she may need to pump too. Although I don't really know b/c she was talking about supplementing with formula today on FB, maybe she's switching him over. And there's ANOTHER girl who just went on maternity leave who will be returning in September, and she'll need to pump too!  I want to punch people. GRRRRR

@mfarmer0811 DH and I set a rule when DS was just a few months old that whatever we said between midnight and 6 AM doesn't count. Sleep deprivation really does bring out the worst in people and we were both guilty of saying nasty things to each other.
