First or Middle Names and Caroline

We're going to meet our baby girl today!

I've been torn between several different names but I'm smitten with Caroline. I just haven't found a combination of first and middle that I love. I'm willing to consider Caroline as either a first or a middle, depending on what sounds "just right" with it. Our last name is McCormick, if that helps.

We generally favor traditional names and I'm not bothered by using a name that's popular, although I tend to avoid names that are trendy. Other names on our current list are Catherine Elise, Charlotte Sophia and Margaret Anne - none of which have been ruled out because I can't truly name her until I meet her.  Her big brother's name is Jacob Daniel. (If you don't read this thread for a couple days, please don't hesitate to reply. Our son was baby boy McCormick until he was 5 days old, so we've probably got a little time.)

If you love the other names you listed above (Elise, etc.), why don't you just pair one of them with Caroline?

I think any of those sound great with Jacob Daniel. FWIW, I love Caroline and will likely use it in our name if we have a DD2.

We went with Kay for a middle name which is a family name, but I really like Caroline Elizabeth and Caroline Grace :-)

I cannot believe how popular the name Caroline is on this board. We are also going with Caroline but are spelling it Caraline. We are using Jane as her middle name.
