hi there. so i found out i was pregnant and was excited and on june 26th i went for my ultrasound to hear the first heart beat... went to the doctor heard nothing waiting in the waiting room felt like hours for the nurse to come back in to see if everything was ok and the nurse said i lost the baby and set me up for a new app. and said bye i felt like i wasn't human because no one said sorry for your loss... they acted like it was nothing like i hadn't lost a baby.. i was so upset for the next week i ate less and slept more and cried all my tears my boyfriend and family have been so supportive and so has this site... thank you all...

    I'm so sorry for your loss. You are welcome to post here but most of us on this board experienced a late term or infant loss. The ladies on the miscarriage board might be able to relate to what you are experiencing more than we can.

    Me: 32 DH: 33  High School Sweethearts  Married 5/28/2005
    DS1 born 6/5/10 at 40 weeks via emergency c-section due to fetal distress and IUGR caused by placental insufficiency
    DS2 born still 8/28/13 at 32 weeks via emergency c-section due to a complete placental abruption - cause unknown
    Baby #3 on the way, EDD 2/29/16.  Originally twins, but we said goodbye to Baby B at 8 weeks.

    I am so very sorry. I would be looking for a new practice if you decide to have more children. That sounds heartless. I am  so very sorry for your loss.

    I am so sorry for your loss and I am sorry that you were treated that way. I would definitely be looking for a new doctor after that. They were unprofessional and cruel.
