Do you sometimes get the odd pain at the incision site? Like if you bend a certain way or stretch a certain way?

    Yup. Maybe not so much where my incision is but I definitely still get the odd pain. I also get the random shooting pain when I stretch or move a certain way. It feels like RLP. The right side of my tummy is still numb as well.

    Yep. Still get a sharp/ stinging pain on one side of the incision pretty regularly, and it gets sore if I do a lot of heavy lifting or stretching.

    Me too! Sometimes it's at the external spot and sometimes internal. Plus I have a band of numbness across my abdomen. It makes me question why they tell some moms they only need to wait a year before getting pregnant again.
