Today will be day 3 of stims for IVF #1. I'm on 300 iu Gonal-F and 10 units hcg. So far, no side effects. I go for blood work only tomorrow morning and then will find out tomorrow afternoon what, if any, adjustments need to be made.

CD14 and ovulation day! Triggered Friday afternoon with 3 lovely follies (22mm, 22mm, 18mm). I'm cautiously optimistic. It sounds so good on paper but it's basically a carbon copy of my response from my last 3 cycles. If this is a BFN we will do a repeat SA and start IUI next cycle.

Taking an unexpected break this month to let DH's HCG shots start working, and so I can get a cervical dilation. Fun. Have an RE consult tomorrow to learn all about it.

It's so weird to be on BC pills while TTC! I know many of you have been there. It is also very freeing to know I won't O. It's nice to regroup a bit. Although it's not logically sound, I like the feeling that we get a one-month reprieve from "using up" the IUIs that have a good chance, because I'm afraid to move to the "last effort" of IVF.

It's such a busy, exhausting summer. Living in Buffalo, NY, we really utilize every moment possible outdoors while we can!

Heya ladies im over here just chillen in the TWW over here 7dpo I think... my temps this month were so cray cray the FF wont give me a coverline.... but if you look at it it seems it did happen. Holding pretty steady in the higher region for me. I like to think the W made by the last 5 temps means "Win" but alas I shall wait (always waiting always waiting)

CD 26 on this last round of Clomid, waiting see if AF shows up. Got a little over a week wait to have initial consult with RE. Just playing the hurry up and wait game now.

Still on BCP and finally start Lupron injections tomorrow! It will overlap with BCP for give days.

I'm having a speedy cycle - going in tomorrow for the IUI (day 10). This morning they measured follicles at 2.2 and 1.4, and my lining was .8. This is officially the last cycle before IVF. Hopefully it'll be the one. Fx

Just waiting on AF over here, our timing wasn't great, and hints of cramping aren't getting my hopes up. I am looking forward to a fun work trip coming up soon, and still waiting to do IUI + injects in August. Until then, sticking with Femara + TI. I hope everyone had a fabulous 4th!

Off the bench! CD4 taking 5mg of femara for the next few days! OPK on the 14th/ultrasound to check those follies! IUI #1 to follow! Can't wait to wear my lucky socks

9 days dpiui. I had bloodwork 6 dpiui ( since they were closed the 4th) and my progesterone was at 54. The nurse from our RE called and said I obviously had a strong ovulation.

This is the longest tww ever!

Today is CD 4.  I'm going to talk to DH about going back to the RE in late August or September if nothing.  Pending we have good timing this month and next!

I'm just trucking along on BCP. I start lupron Saturday to start preparing for my FET in august.

I spot the whole time I'm on bcp am I the only one? I really hate them.

I am 4 dpiui here.  And I really, really felt like it had been more than that.  Ugh.  Trying to stay sane during the 2ww.  Every little muscle contraction or "pinch" in my lower body makes me think I'm pregnant.  Trying to remind myself there is 0 chance I would know or feel anything yet.  But it can't hurt to stay positive right?

I'm 10dpiui and starting to get antsy. Beta is on Wednesday 7/9, if no luck we are onto our last cycle of Femara before moving to something different.

Today was my first monitoring appointment for my first injects cycle (Follistim + IUI). I had 4 follicles in the 9-11mm range, and one other smaller one. I'm hoping for 2-3 mature follicles. I would imagine I would end up with fewer follicles once they mature, so as far as I can tell this is a good thing! 

If anyone wants to share past experiences about how many smaller follicles resulted in how many mature follicles, or anything like that, I'd love to hear! :-)

I am still sitting on the bench.  I currently on Estrace and adding prometrium later this week.  I am still hoping that I will be able to cycle in August.

In the hurry up and wait phase for AF. Today is day 7 after stopping p4 to induce. I been so exhausted the last 4 days, like my arms and legs were so heavy! Struggle to work this weekend, but feeling better today. I'm reading a lot of posts about TI and IUI with Femera. Can someone explain those a little better for me. I'm having trouble finding posts on them. Thanks in advance Hope everyone had a good holiday!

No change here. DH leaves San Diego tomorrow and our 1 month of not TTC will begin. I'm kinda sad we won't even get a chance this month, but I'm happy that I am able to be with family during this time.

@lebradford I take meticulous notes so, LOL so here is my recent experience you may be interested in....

On my first scan (Day 5 of Follistim 150iu) I had 7 measurable follies the largest of those being a 12, a 10 and a 9.  On Day 8 they had somewhat retreated in size but I had more of them...9 measurable, the largest being an 11.  That was when they upped my dose to 225, and on Day 10 I had even more follies,  and the leaders were two 13's, one 12, and two 11's. On Day 13 I had two 16's, one 14, and one 11. Finally on Day 15 I had 12 follies! One 19, one 18, one 17, one 16, and some smaller ones. Based on my E2 they gave me one more dose of 225 and then the next night I triggered. So as you can see, this cycle on all follstim the numbers and sizes really ebbed and flowed. Here's hoping you stim quicker than I because it felt like a really long time to get those mature ones. I think with four nice sized ones at your first scan you will easily get 2-3 good follies by the end or even more!! Good luck!!

Thank you, @Waterlily234‌! That's exactly what I was looking for. I was imagining I would end up with roughly half as many mature follicles (2, maybe 3) as I have now, but I had nothing to base it on. Everything you said made sense! Thanks again!

I just finished my last prometrium so I should have a period soon I hope! Then I will start femara and do my HSG the same week. I called and made sure this was okay and I'm glad the RE said I could! I'm so hoping to finally O!

@lebradford - When I did inject cycles for IUI, I never had any follies that diminished in size.  Mine always got bigger if they were already there.  My body seems to like to wait until the last minute for follies to grow.  They will grow steadily and slowly and then make a run for it at the end.  This has caused me to cancel two IUI cycles because of over responding.  I hope that you end up with just 2-3!

Husband and I have been TTC for over a year now. I was diagnosed with PCOS in August of 2013. Husband's SA came back normal. DH and I are in our 2nd round of clomid (100mg this time). Based on my BBT I have not ovulated again with Clomid. The next step is a referral to an RE. I'm so frustrated because everywhere I turn everyone id pregnant and "it was sooner than we had hoped."

Thanks, @StacyLH24! I really hope at least one of mine goes away or stays small. They didn't lower (or raise) my dose today, so they don't seem very worried. However, based on what my RE said before, I think he'd cancel me if I had 4 mature follicles. It's good to know the reality of what might happen though.

2dpo....and I already know this tww is going to be rough. This is my first medicated cycle (TI & letrozole). I had given up before on expecting to see a BFN at the end of the month - but now this little voice in my head keeps saying "maybe...."

Ahh that makes sense! I was just asking myself, what is this random little spotting on CD8? Of course, BC pills!

PS - Just want to say, the cool thing about these pills is that I just had to open up FF and check what CD it was in order to write that. Totally would never have happened other months. Hate the 10am - 12pm daily nausea, though.

Had HSG today and tubes were clear.  Ultrasound showed small fibroids that shouldn't be a problem. When the tech look at my ovaries she asked me questions like "when did you say your period started?" and "did they put you on bc for the HSG?"  That worries me that there is something wrong with ovaries, but I'm not sure what it is she could have seen.  She said my doctor would have to go over results.  Appt is on the 17th.

IUI today. Should be a fun day after working all night. And I only have 1 follicle ready, maybe 2 by today. DH swears he's not doing this again until the summer ends because I had a melt down on Saturday about only having one follicle. Like complete crazy person freak out. We'll see. Maybe I need a break too, but I want a baby so badly.
