Needing advice

Hi everybody! I hardly ever post on here, but I need some advice. I have a four year old son that is my world and am happily married. Last week ( Thursday and Friday) I took two hpt and they both came back negative. This week, I am suppose to start my period but I took two tests on wednesday and they came back with the second line there just faint. I later took a digital test and it came back pregnant. Yesterday I took another test and it came back pregnant. I called the dr and they had me go do a blood test. The blood test came back negative but the lab said that it could be that the blood test was taken too early. Today I took two more hpt tests and the digital one said pregnant and the other one had two lines (the second line just lighter but was there) All of the tests were different brands. I am just confused because when i have taken hpt before they have come back negative and i was not pregnant. These are coming back positive so I dont know what to think. I am going to call my dr monday but wondering if any of you have any advice or have heard or experience something like this. My last period was on 6/6 and I was ovulating around the 19 and 20 of june. Thanks for any advice you can share:)

Congrats you're pregnant. Move on to first tri. Ask your doctor if he did quantitative or qualitative hCG, that's my best guess. But if you're getting positive tests you're pregnant.

Hmm..that sounds really confusing.   I would call back and let them know that you are still getting positives. I wouldnt think it would be possible for you not to be pregnant and getting positive tests.

False positives are very rare. But the leading cause is certain types of medications. I'm personally on a medication that gives false positives so I'm always very wary of positives. Make sure your doctor knows all medications you are taking. If you are indeed pregnant, no need to let us know. The first tri board will be happy to hear about it.
