@zapgurl44 - I was doing the same, thank goodness for DVR   Ended up catching up on the audition shows during my leave and I'm watching the first performance show today, interested to see who my favorites end up being!  They are all dancing in their own styles this week.

New to the ttcal board so I have no idea what nntcalr means, but I do know sytycd means! I love the show and yes I usually cry during the contemporary routines. Sometimes even during some of the nappy-tabs hip hop routines! I wish Mia Michaels still was on the show weekly. I am so in love with her choreography!

@arschm02 - it would be helpful if I used the right abbreviation   I corrected but it's NTTCALR- meaning off topic from the typical charting/trying to conceive stuff.

Totally agree with you on wishing Mia Michaels was still there.  I love when they have her back on for special guest stuff.  Hers were always some of my favorite routines prior to Travis!

Love me some SYTYCD @sunflwra‌, did you watch the Top 20 from this week yet? I think for the first time ever all the dances (and dancers) did really great!

@redheadrunning - I did watch this week's episode.  I think it was so good because they all got to dance in their own style. I can't remember if they've done it that way the last few shows but it's nice to have a reminder up front of what they do and definitely makes for a really good first show!

@MrsKush1014 - Hi!!   It's a show called So You Think You Can Dance on Fox. It's a competition show where they randomly get paired up each week and have to do a different type of dance- so a hip hop dancer has to do contemporary, jazz, ballroom, etc. I think it's much better than a lot of the singing/dancing competition shows out there.  If you enjoy dance, you should definitely check it out

LOVE me some SYTYCD! I cry at least once during every episode, never mind several times some days. It isn't just for dramatically emotional performances, seeing dancers do particularly well at whatever genre they've been given can make me tear up too. Many memorable performances have hooked me on particular songs as well. Such a fantastic show!
