This is a thread posted daily for any of us who need to get out our frustrations about waiting to O, the 2WW, or vent about our cycles.

If you find yourself checking FF obsessively, MF is getting the best of you, or you just want to pee on all things, let it out here! In order for the conductors to be better able to help you, please make sure you either have a FF chart link in your sig, or make sure you post a link.

Don't chart? You should consider it, not only will it give you a lot more insight to your cycles, but conductors will be able to answer a lot of your questions just by looking at your chart!

The CT is not the place to post a BFP. If you have a "squinter" or if you have a line that appeared after the time frame, please do not post about it here.

I'm going to throw a lot of dates at you because FF does not like short cycles.

I had a definite CD1 on June 9th. On CD12 of that cycle, I got a +OPK. That's a totally normal range for me to O, so, so far so good. The next day, I started spotting. I then spotted for 7 days with one or two days being heavier than what I consider my normal spotting.  I then had my temp drop to pre-O temps a couple days into that spotting. I ended up changing one of the days to light flow which reset me at CD1 (on CD14 of the first June cycle).

So, I'm either CD 14 now or CD27.  I kind of said screw it to temping with the move and did not do OPKs.  I'm really not sure if I did have a 14 day cycle, if this was just weird, random spotting, or what. I also know you really can't tell me anything since I stopped temping with the move and really short sleep hours.

But your train was empty . . .

Explain your Crazy here: So this is my first cycle after AF.  Before the mc, my temps always have gotten up to 98.5 ish post O.  Right now they have been hovering around the high 97s.  I wasn't even sure I ovulated at first this cycle since I tend to have a bigger jump in temps right away - I went from 97.11 to 97.36 this cycle, so DH and I kept trying until FF gave me the red lines.

 I switched to a Mabis/Relion thermometer for the last two cycles since the Nexcare one did not go to a 100th of a degree.  Regardless, it confuses me that my temps are so much lower the past two cycles (I charted for about halfway through the mc cycle - temps got up to 98.0 but that was the highest).  I also tend to notice very sore breasts each cycle starting about 3 DPO or so, but they don't feel any different this cycle (did notice them the mc cycle).

The only thing I can think of is now that it's summer, I'm wearing less to bed, and fan/ac going vs. in the winter wearing a sweatshirt to bed, multiple covers etc. 

Anyways, maybe the temp differences are nothing, but I just needed to let it out. Thanks ladies.

If it's a different thermometer, that could account for the change.  It does look like you O'd even though your temps aren't as high as usual.  It looks like more of a slow rise, but it will probably continue to go up some more.  I'm not sure about the lack of sore breasts, sorry!

Explain your Crazy here: I'm out for the month...broke down and POAS yesterday, and got a BFN. So much for good timing (I know, just a 30% chance anyways). And it would be so lovely for AF to show already because it would be lovely for the cramps to stop. But she'll probably stall until Wed 'cause she's a bitch. Sigh. -- And as an added insult, the Scotch I bought yesterday to try tastes like Bourbon....wait, that's one for First World Wednesdays... wahhh wahhh

I'm sorry for the BFN  Hopefully AF doesn't make you wait too long.  Big ((((HUGS))))

Explain your Crazy here: I hate this thread only because I feel insecure.  I like to pretend I always know whats going on, but I don't. I know last week I address this, and I know that post loss things will be different.  Looking at my chart, I still think I O'ed on CD 16, rather then 19. Would you be so kind to tell me your thoughts?  IDK why I want to argue with the chart.

That is a tough one because your CM and temps don't really match up.  I would think CD 19 but your CM seems to suggest CD 16.  Were you still using OPKs at that point?  Did you ever get a positive?

I didn't ever get a full positive but I was using expired ones from march.  I used them everyday but stopped recording them when ladies on here told me that they probably wouldn't be accurate.  I am ordering a new bunch soon. 

I was thinking the same thing about the CM and the temps matching up.  oh well, we will have to see what happen!

Yes, I think unfortunately you will just have to wait and see.  Sorry, it's annoying when our charts are unclear, I know!

Hmm, that's tricky. I can only see your current chart. It does look like you O'ed, but if wonder if maybe you could have O'ed a day or 2 later than ff says right now. Maybe your temp will get higher? I wouldn't read too much into the temp differences. I've been charting for 3 years and usually my temps are in the same range, but sometimes they're not and I can't explain it. Easier said than done, I know, but I wouldn't be too concerned. I wonder if you're maybe only 3 dpo today and maybe your boobs will start hurting soon? I dunno. I also usually have a very clear boob soreness pattern but there have been a few cycles where they've hurt a lot less. I dunno, I wish I had all the answers! Sorry I don't ((((hugs))))

@jjbmstinco I noticed on your chart you have the same temp recorded for 3 days in a row from CD17-19.  One of the other reasons I switched thermometers was because my Nexcare would sometimes do this - 'get stuck'.  I'm wondering if that affected your chart.  

Maybe. I notice it does this at different times of the month.  I have the nextcare one as well. It gets its self unstuck somehow. 

I wonder if I play with my chart if it would move me back to CD 16.

Hey Red!! Miss you. I think I O'd way way early. That's my claim to crazy. CM is gone and I'm just now entering my "FW". This confirms that I need to be temping and properly charting. I feel like a naughty dog right now. You've been telling me for how many months? I'm off to Amazon right now to look at better BBT.  LOVE YOU!

If it's just pink, I wouldn't enter it as AF, just as spotting like you have been.  I would always err on the side of mentioning things to your OB.  Sorry, that is really frustrating.

@qanda2013‌ I totally understand. I never had spotting until after my loss. Now it's days of it. Look at my FF chart. It's so frustrating. Now because of all the spotting AF is maybe 3 days,maximum. It's so weird. Sorry it's driving you crazy. Tell your ob but I do t think there's much she can do about it.

Explain your Crazy here: I just really want AF to come back so I can actually TTC. I'm super impatient. I'm so type A and I had it set in my brain that I was going to have a baby in January and it's making me crazy now that even IF I get pregnant immediately after my 1st cycle, and IF it's a healthy pregnancy, I won't have a baby till May/June. I need to realize these things can't be planned....
