For me, it was to enjoy being in the moment with my baby. I've stopped thinking about how I could multi-task with the baby or what I'd be doing after being with him, and rather I try as hard as possible just to be present with him and enjoy this moment. If you're already a dad, then you know, this time with your baby goes by quickly - you don't want to miss it.

It's not about what you have. It's about getting enjoyment over the simple everyday things. As adults we tend to get caught up in the rat race.
