TTC 13 months now, first month on clomid

Hoping this is the month, my bbt chart looks fairly normal but I'm having pms like symptoms (light cramps, tender breasts), but my cervix was high and soft this morning....wondering if it's too soon to take a hpt?

Please let me add: I'm 28 years old married for two and trying to concieve for 13 months. Cycles have ranged btw 28-39 days, this is my first cycle on clomid and my LP seems to be 11-12 days. My husband had a SA earlier this month and had normal motility and count but low volume and high viscosity.
