What should I expect at my second appointment and CVS test

I'm having my second appointment on Monday and was wondering what should I expect. My doctor told me that I will be getting a pap smear and we will go over my blood work results, but what else should I be expecting? This is my first pregnancy and I'm nervous but excited at the same time. Are there any particular questions I should be asking at this appointment?

Also, how many of you are doing the CVS test? My doctor said I am not high-risk, but is this something I should consider doing?

I don't know why you'd do the CVS test without good reason--it's invasive and carries a risk of miscarriage. Can you get an NT scan and bloodwork instead?

This. Shocked it would even be mentioned without a specific reason. I believe the risks are higher the earlier it's done, also.

I read about it and didn't know if it was something that I should consider and was nervous about it when I saw that there was a miscarriage rate to it. I'm leaning towards avoiding it but wanted to make sure I understood everything before I went to the appointment on Monday. Thank you ladies!!
