Post Partum Bleeding -A lil TMI -3 months....

So Its been a little over 3 months (15 weeks to be exact) since I had my twins. I bled consistently for about 7 weeks then spotted frequently for another 3 weeks got what I thought was my period, lasted like 8 days, stopped for 2 days (saw my doc during that time) and then picked back up again a couple days later. Very red blood, changing a tampon every 3-4 hours, lil to no cramping at least. So yeah. Just left the doctor a voicemail, but wanted to see if this happened to another twin moms? OH and I breastfed with the twins for 1 month. With my singletons it was very by the book. 6 weeks and done. So anyone else deal with this?

Have your thyroid tested. Could be post partum thyroiditis. I developed it and had the same symptoms
