How's everyone doing? I did 20 minutes of turbokick on Monday and Tuesday. I'm really sore...love that feeling! Yesterday I rested because my mom was over. Eating has been good...lost a pound this week with MFP. Eleven total so far! I'm going to lose 6 more and reassess. I gave away all my size 2 pants last weekend and am trying to be realistic about my new mommy body. Plus, I enjoy food too much to do what it takes for me to maintain that size.
