Is there a PPD hotline?

I have a 3 mo DS and 19 mo DD and am completely overwhelmed and going downhill. I have no time to go to the dr or go speak to a therapist. Does anyone know of a helpful PPD hotline or someone I can speak to on the phone? At this point I'm afraid for my children and my well being. Having 2 under 2 was not planned and I am hating life right now. My son doesn't sleep well and my DD has constant tantrums. I can't do this. I am miserable.

They are normally given by state, but postpartum.net breaks all the phone numbers down by state for you.
I know it's hard to get anything done, but try to give them a call. I know how you feel and talking to someone helps a lot. Good luck and hang in there!
