Survey! Lifestyle/behavioral choices during FETs. PAIF/SAIF welcome!

Everything that I've done up until this point has been geared towards egg quality. Now that that's no longer relevant, I'm realizing that I don't have a good sense of what people do to optimize chances during FET cycles. I'd love to hear from people about their choices. I'm curious about:
a) Alcohol - Did you stop/reduce drinking, and, if so, when?
b) Caffeine - Ditto
c) Exercise
d) Any supplements
e) Other diet choices, including "magical" foods, like pineapple or red raspberry tea.
f) Anything else you did that was special.

Thanks in advance!

I am currently in the 2WW for my first FET.

    A) I stopped drinking (not much of a drinker anyway) a week or 2 before transfer. I was strict during my IVF to focus on egg quality

    B) I drank tea, but nothing else that contained caffeine

    C) I exercised until my transfer. I plan to walk until beta

    D) just my prenatals and Vitamin D

    E) per my acupuncturist, I eliminated gluten and dairy (and sugar during IVF) I may have slipped on the dairy a few times but continued being gluten free.

We were blessed that our FET worked the first time. I don't know if it had anything to do with what I did during the cycle or it was just luck.

    a) I don't really drink, but I did have a glass of moscato during the TWW since it was my birthday
    b) I don't drink coffee and I rarely drink caffeinated beverages, but I did have a coke occasionally
    c) I exercised frequently up until the transfer and then started walking/light exercise about 5 days after the transfer
    d) just took my prenatal vitamin
    e) nope
    f) when this process started I made the conscious decision to not let anything stress me out or to not let myself get worked up when something stressful happened. I work in a very stressful environment and I think that this definitely had something to do with our success, but who knows for sure.
