I don't work, but I have insomnia so I'm on here late pretty often. Does that count?
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
I'm another 11p-7a person. Which is why you find me here all night long...and why I miss all of the drama & excitement during the day when I'm sleeping!

Seriously. I'm the same way. Or I'll really want to respond to something but then realize that it was a hot topic of debate like 8 hours earlier. I usually respond anyways.

Every morning I wake up around 11am-12pm PST and everything on the Parenting board has been discussed..and I'm looking at the time stamps and most are 6am-8am. I'm sitting here thinking "yeah I was in a sleep coma during all this " ugh
Edit: mobile bumping is hard.
Also living in Pacific time zone here... the only way I see 6am is from the wrong side, unless we have a wicked early appt or something else special going on.
Also I hear you on the trials of mobile Bumping; I can only Bump via laptop if kid is being chill or napping, so I do a lot via my phone (mobile site, not app). It's okay but missing a lot of helpful bits from the full site.
Just yesterday I realized there was actually an app for TB. I had been doing it the old fashioned way (google via my phone). Life got much easier since downloading it.

I'm so over nights. Like, totally over it. I start a masters program in September and will be TTC in August so I'm thinking of returning to days. Night are killing me. I'm constantly exhausted. My 2-hour commute home doesn't help.

I think that must be fun. I ruptured a disc in my back and have some nerve damage...I was trying to get some L&D, NICU, maternity jobs to no avail...off to NP school I go this fall. I always wanted to, but decided to do it sooner than later before I hurt my back again...that's a road I don't want to go back down!

Late to convo bc I was off last night. I switch to day schedule on my off days. I work 8p-8a with animals. Love my job. It's no unusual for me to crawl into a kennel during the night and snuggle with a patient so they don't feel lonely.

I downloaded it but the back button is up top in the left hand corner and I'm used to browser on my phone which is on the left hand bottom corner. I will literary hit the back phone button on my phone two or three timed before I realize Im on the app.
I have been drinking an inordinate amount of coffee to stay awake at night....I'm concerned for when I have to cut that out...not looking forward to it...

I don't think I could handle the every other week thing, I am so not a morning person. DH just changed jobs, he was previously on days while I was on nights and it was awful! I've never felt so lonely.
It does suck that we miss so much on TB. I'm always late to the party!
I think that is what I'm most sick of now...not seeing DH during the week...being on opposite schedules is very difficult...plus, I'm so tired from working that I tend to sleep much later on the weekends which cuts into that time so I never feel like I have had adequate time off.
I'm cutting back in September when I begin my grad school program...and I'm working on transferring to days as well...I can't wait! Maybe then I won't be late to the party on here either!

I'm on nights by choice. I've always been a night owl and am way happier this way.
This for me too. I love nights. The one drawback is that I don't get to sleep next to H those three nights, but I secretly (or not so secretly) think he enjoys having the whole bed to himself sometimes..

My H works swing so he picks me up in the morning and we normally stay up for an hour or so. I secretly love that time together (I pretend not to, he's super clingy so I have to fight to get and maintain space)
I really don't mind nights so much...my commute home can be up to 2hrs so that kills me a bit. And again, I sit in a dark room with just one desk lamp in the corner. So hard to stay stimulated!
