Chin rash

I think it's because of all the drooling, his chin is always moist, and that has created a rash. Anyone else with this issue? What did you do? I tried vaseline to create a barrier, put I keep having to reapply after every time I wipe, which is like every 10 min...

We put a bit of aquaphor under her chin and it clears up within a day.

My kiddos are fountains & often get this rash, but typically it is moreso in the neck vs the chin. We use a touch of Desitin as rec by our Pedi & it works wonderfully. On the chin, not sure though as that makes it easier to get to the mouth.
