I would like to have a glass of wine at the end of the night. Is it safe to drink a 4oz glass of red wine and still breastfeed an hour later? Everything i've read has been conflicting so i figured i'd see what you all have been told.

    Yes.  As far as I understand 1 glass of wine is fine.  Some say that it's fine as long as you can legally drive.
