Getting harmony at 13 weeks ...does that seem late?

I see most get it around 10 wks, doc thought it little to early but nurse scheduled me for 3 weeks so will get harmony at 13 wks. Does that seem late? I just hoping for accurate test...thanks ladies!

I had the Materniti21, and what I read said the test can happen between 10 and 14 weeks. I think you're in the safe window for accurate results.

nope. It seems fine. I got Panoarma (similar test) at about 13-14 weeks I believe. I don't think those can be given too late, just too early

At my OB's office they said they like to wait until 11 or 12 weeks just to ensure a more accurate result (sometimes too early it comes back inconclusive). So 13 sounds reasonable. That being said, I am getting mine (panorama) done later this week - around 10 1/2 weeks as the results take 2 weeks and we will be on vacation the 17 - 27 and think I will go crazy if I am on vacation and waiting for the call with results. Edit: tried to edit for formatting as I am on iPad.

HI, I was told it could be anytime after 10 weeks, but another few weeks means there is more likely a good supply of bub's cells mixed in with your blood stream, and one of the problems that the tests sometimes have is not having enough to screen. I think it sounds like you might have more success with that side of things waiting a few more weeks. Congratulations and all the best.

No. Mine was done at 12 weeks, same day as the NT scan. I kept seeing how everyone gets that done at 10 weeks, so well before the NT, but my MFM office wouldn't even schedule before 11 weeks. So we did it all at the same time.
