Some that have been suggested -- Helene, Jolie (it's a noun, but I have a friend with the name and it suits her), Clea (may be too matchy-matchy with Claire), Amelia, and Victoria. I live in the south and there are a lot of double-barreled names that have a lovely French-inspired flow without being fully French. Anna Camille, for example.
@coozieinmypurse, I love Anna as a first name, but DH's grandmother's name was Anna, and although he misses/loves her, he wants our children to have a different identity. kwim?
I really like Remy, but H shot that down too- said it was a porn stars name. wtf?!?! lol
I think we'll just stick with Trevor and Emily as our top picks for now.
