Clearblue - advanced digital ?

Happy weekend!

Quick question for those of you who use/have used the Clearblue Advanced Digital OPK. This is my second month using this specific one and last month it did what it was supposed to do, I believe, which was give me a "low fertility" day, two "high fertility" days, and then a "peak" fertility smiley that stayed on the screen for two days.

Fast forward to this month, I used it with FMU on CD9 and got "low fertility" or the open circle, and then used it this morning on CD10 with FMU also and got "peak". We went ahead and got busy post smiley just in case, but is this normal? Shouldn't I have gotten a "high" fertility first? Wondered if maybe both of the hormones this specific test checks for rose at the same time instead of one before the other and that may what caused me to skip high. Anyone else have a similar issue?

**Edit: I just did a little research on the Clearblue website and thought I'd add this info. in case it helps someone else. Apparently, being on an antibiotic in the Tetracycline family can alter the results. Any guesses on what the MD put me on for the few days before and after my HSG? Interesting! All signs point to today's smiley being correct, but wondering if this had any impact on yesterday's result.

Depending on exactly when during your surge and before the surge your testing hit, it's possible to get different #s of High and Peak days.

I didn't get antibiotics for HSG so sorry, no advice there. Good luck this cycle!
