Rest of the week: Taco salad (to use lettuce from farm share) Stir fry (to use veggies from share) Tuna melts + green veggie + salad Chicken sausage + zucchini & pepper kebabs on the grill
Monday: beef roast in the crockpot with lots of veggies Tuesday: homemade chicken pot pie Wednesday: tacos with rice Thursday: hot dogs and turkey burgers Friday: chicken and dumplings
I've actually never had it in his restaurant, but have a family member who is an awesome cook that always prepares his recipes. So yummy.
Next time you are in Chicago, you know where to go.
Right. And I usually try to avoid ORD like the plague - too many stories and personal experiences of being stranded there -- so this would be a good silver lining.
