meal plan weekend

(Because by Monday I better have figured out the groceries).

Fri: Palak paneer with tofu (to use spinach from farm share)
Sat: lemon-herbed chicken, broccoli, mashed potatoes

Rest of the week:
Taco salad (to use lettuce from farm share)
Stir fry (to use veggies from share)
Tuna melts + green veggie + salad
Chicken sausage + zucchini & pepper kebabs on the grill

Leftovers

    Monday- beef roast in the crock pot w:potatoes carrots celery

    Tuesday- spaghetti w/meat sauce

    Wednesday- baked chicken thighs, kale & green beans

    Thursday & Friday left overs

    I trying to figure out what to do Friday. My dad and SM are coming out for the 4th.

    I've actually never had it in his restaurant, but have a family member who is an awesome cook that always prepares his recipes. So yummy.

    Next time you are in Chicago, you know where to go.
    Right. And I usually try to avoid ORD like the plague - too many stories and personal experiences of being stranded there -- so this would be a good silver lining.
