@magentawarped‌ and @lala2332‌ congrats ladies! It sounds like things are going really well for you ladies.

After a month of MFP I think I have the hang of how much I'm supposed to eat, I'm not starving by any means and DH can be my witness to that but just learning moderation and not stuffing myself. After only losing .2 of a pound last week, I evened out and lost 1.8 this week. My goal is 1 lb a week so it works out and I didn't get discouraged by last weeks number I kept going and pushed harder on my walks. The last month and a half I have lost 6 pounds!

Hey ladies. I have kind of fallen of the wagon recently, and I'm struggling to get back on, but I'm determined to!

A little backstory: about 14 years ago or so, I injured my lower back. It got really bad to the point where I had surgery 2 years ago. I've been feeling great since, until 2 weeks ago when it got bad again. I hadn't worked out for about a week because I'd been sick, then the back pain started and it was really bad. I had pain down both legs and in my lower back. I haven't worked out for another two weeks because of it. It's starting to get a little better - no more pain in my legs at least. I am going to try to get back into it this week. I'm going back to work on Tuesday, so if I just start off with getting up super early to work out, hopefully it will just become my new normal.

I am also going to really try to start tracking my food again on MFP. It really helps me when I do that. Before getting sick, I was down 8 pounds, now I've gained 3 pounds back. I'm having to buy new, bigger work clothes, and it's all just pretty depressing.

Ugh, sorry to be such a debbie downer! You guys are doing great and are motivating me to get back into it, so thank you!

Great job on the weight loss @magentawarped! It must feel great to have dropped so many sizes! Keep it up and maybe that other cute top you liked from your Stitch Fix box will end up fitting you after all ;)

I haven't been doing too well this week. I have been really tired every day, probably from spending so much time at the pool with DD. I haven't exercised as much as I would have liked. I just didn't have the motivation this week. I also haven't been biking places with DD. Our bike trailer needs to be fixed, but that won't happen until next week some time.

I'm fairly sure I've been eating too much this week too. I want sugar all the time and have been letting myself have way too many sweets a day. DH and I were out of town over the weekend and ate out a lot. I did manage to exercise while we were gone, but it wasn't as much as I would have liked. Oh well. I still did it. Consistency will eventually bring results. (I am down 16 pounds, but it is coming off really slowly.)

@magentawarped‌, @lala2332‌, @stwilding congrats ladies! So glad you guys are doing well!

I finally feel like I can participate again after falling off the wagon. I've been logging into MFP all week and I've been doing a ripped in 30 dvd. I've been super sore, but I feel much better already.

Are any of you ladies that are breastfeeding still noticing a supply difference after you work out? I'm noticing a slight difference on the days I work out and I don't know why. I've had supply issues in the past, so it could just be I'm super paranoid.

    Edit: grammar

Exercising can affect your supply, mostly from dehydration. Be sure to chug that water, lady! You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water per day (I weigh about 200, so my water goal is 100 oz), but even more if you're sweating.
