Babysitter interview questions

I'm meeting with a potential babysitter today and.... As a FTM I'm curious of what questions you would ask?


I feel like this is a dumb question considering I'm interviewing someone to care for my most valuable possession, but I just don't want to miss anything.

    What would a typical day look like while sitting ? CPR cert?

    Is this someone who will be with LO full-time?  Or only a few hours a week?

    I'd ask for references, experience, certifications or other training that make them uniquely qualified.  Degree in early childhood education?  Awesome.  Infant/child CPR?  Perfect.  Oldest of eight siblings?  Probably good enough :-)
