Cheaper but comparable fitteds?

I need more ON diapers. I have red GMD medium prefolds that work and one S'bish OS snapless, OBF I think. Anything comparable but cheaper? I would like some GMD fitteds, but haven't found any used yet.

ETA I'm open to any fitteds that will work. Except minky fuzzy fabric.

I like my THX fitteds a lot.  You have to get them through a co-op though, so it takes awhile, but they're only like $10 or $11 including shipping.

I had a few of those kissaluvs and they fit him so weird.

Are the other Chinese cheapies decent? I know Assunta sells some, and a few others. I'm nervous to spend money on them and they turn out to be crap.

Esbaby. They have a basic fitted for pretty cheap. Also diaper junction and diaper safari both have a basic fitted for pretty cheap.

I think im going to go for large snapless workhorses, since I can fold down the rise until he grows. Is this a bad idea? He technically should be in medium...

@rrrrrachel do you know anything about the diaper junction bamboo prefitted? I'm thinking about a few in large.

I have one (I think, they're the closureless ones, right?). It works great but they are suuuuper fluffy. The crotch area and soaker are very wide and the whole thing is just really fluffy. That doesn't bother me but it's noteworthy. I'll see if I can take some pictures. I would love to get a few more for overnights, but last I checked they didn't have mediums in stock.

He is 21 pounds and slim. He peed through his red edge prefold last night, so maybe I should go large for the extra absorbency?

Here's a comparison of the medium diaper rite bamboo fitted to a random goodmama I grabbed. It's much thicker, too.

Never mind I can't attach it right now because the new bump app sucks even more than the old bump app. I'll try it later from the computer.

So I ended up finding two large older style S'bish OBFs and a OS Baby Kicks fitted. I also got a random fitted that was decently priced. I hope they work out. If not, I'm back to square one and will probably just buy some new workhorses and call it a day.

The goodmama and fitted are a huge difference. I don't know if we could do a large. I have a skinny boy!

I agree, the Assunta fits kinda weird. It's floppy. I guess it wouldn't matter if there was a cover over it....

You could always add a hemp double/insert. That's all I do.... red edge prefold with a Thirsties large hemp. When I used the fitteds ON, I would just stick on the outside of the fitted before putting the cover on. It worked.....

They what I was doing with the red prefold in a 4.0, but it is a bit too long for the rise he's in, so it messes with the fit. I was adding a bamboo insert.
