On maternity leave I don't mind to wear pajama pants and a tee and call it a day, but as work creeps up I realize I have no idea what kind of tops to wear to hide this massive muffin top. Ideas?
Seriously though!! I can't fit in SHIT! Ugh!! Spanx it is! Luckily my white coat can hide some for me
My clinic voted out scrubs and white coats because it was decided that the children may feel apprehensive in a medical environment. So we have to wear professional clothes while doing medical evaluations. Sometimes on the floor.
Hiding a muffin top has a lot more to do with your pants than your shirt. I've been wearing maxi skirts with nonrestrictive waistbands. I wear a fitted top with them. I just had to buy bigger sizes. I don't feel the need to hide the fact that my tummy us bigger than it used to be as long as my clothes fit.
Other idea, the fit and flare dresses (banana republic has a ton of them) may hide the muffin top as it draws attention to your waistline (or what we have of it at this moment).

Empire waist tops, fit & flare tops. I also wear spankies or my belly bandit still. Though the belly bandit helped reduce the belly chub significantly this pregnancy.

There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children.
I bought some shapewear tanks and camis from Jockey...they did the trick. I wanted something with structure but not as much as Spanx...I just couldn't wear that shit every day.
I'm still rocking my maternity clothes from PinkBlush maternity. They hide the shrinking bump without making me feel self conscious. Plus their clothes are very cute and reasonably priced.
