New pain

In my left book it hurts when he nurses like he is sucking the actual breastfeeding tissue out. I have had mastitis but this is different there is absolutely no pain unless he is feeding. Still a clogged duct but my body is reacting different? I have no redness, no tenderness when not breastfeeding, no fever and he is swallowing.

    Yea I thought was teeth but since it didn't hurt on right side that it wasn't that. I am already weaning but the pain is bad so I was curious.
