Lower back/side pain?

I'm a little over 8 weeks, and last night around 1 am, I started having lower left side /back pain. It's almost like cramping. Uncomfortable. There is absolutely no spotting. I'm not the type to call my RE for every little thing, but wondered if any of you experience this too? Who knows, maybe I slept wrong or it's trapped gas, lol!

    I was having a lot of that too, usually I had to poop.  Pretty much any time I feel off, I poop and feel better. 

    ETA: I hope you are feeling better.
