I was extremely swollen a few weeks ago, but that's also when I was passing kidney stones. Related, I'm not sure...but I was incredibly swollen and uncomfortable

Yes, it's quite puffy to the touch. I asked my midwife about it today and she said it's perfectly normal. Try soaking in a warm bath or an ice pack, whichever feels better.
