July 2006: started TTC
2008: HSG (normal), couple rounds of clomid through gyno
2008 - 2010: dragging my feet out of fear and procrastination
October 2010: first consultation with RE, dx PCOS and fibroids (DH slightly low count/motility)
Oct. 2010 - Dec. 2012: In DENIAL! avoided the issue because I was scared of surgery
January 2013: returned to RE, fibroids grew significantly
February 2013: second HSG, fibroids pushed on tubes which blocked them somewhat
March 2013: MRI to determine what type of surgery may be necessary
July 29, 2013: fibroids (5) removed via robotic laparascopy
August 2013 - Nov 2013 : benched due to recent surgery

IUI #5 started letrozole and bravelle but canceled after HSG led to new diagnosis
May 21, 2014: third HSG, tubes blocked, one at the beginning, one hydrosalpinx??
We are done with treatment unsuccessfully.

IUI #4 canceled due to lack of response to letrozole
IUI #4.1 April 28, 2014, BFN
May 16, 2014: wtf consult, start prepping for IVF in June and add injects for one last IUI in the meantime
IUI #5 started letrozole and bravelle but canceled after HSG led to new diagnosis
May 21, 2014: third HSG, tubes blocked, one at the beginning, one hydrosalpinx??
June 11, 2014: consult, approved to move on to IVF because the hydro is not completely blocked therefore allowing fluid to move through slowly rather than backwards
IVF #1 August 8, 2014 - 3dt of 2 embryos, BFN
September 17, 2014 - 4th HSG, the right tube is very patent (open!!) dye went straight through this time. Weird!
October 2, 2014 - started metformin treatment
November 14, 2014 - blood work, brought A1C down from 5.8 to 5.5
November 26, 2014 - RE finally back from vaca and reviewed my chart, no more IVFs for rest of calendar year
December 1, 2014 - Right after Thanksgiving, I called a new clinic and got in right away! Plan for IVF
December 17, 2014 - ER! 29 retrieved (!!), 16 mature, all 16 fertilized (ICSI)
IVF #2 December 20, 2014 - 3dt of 3 embryos, BFN
IVF #1 August 8, 2014 - 3dt of 2 embryos, BFN

Hi, ladies!
All is well here. We find out ONE WEEK from today if we are team blue or team pink and I can hardly wait! Nothing else really new and exciting. My whole body aches (especially my hips and back) which has made it really hard to sleep. DH bought me a gift certificate for a prenatal massage for our anniversary which I am using this weekend. Hopefully it helps. I am still working out about 5 days a week which I think it helping me keep my energy up.
I finally broke into maternity clothes! YAY! And I have started to feel little flutters which I think are the baby moving. Other than that, just trucking along as usual.
I still lurk on you ladies constantly and am so hoping for the best for each of you.

DX: PCOS, Stage III Endo, slight Adenomyosis, blocked tube, and probable LPD
Treatments: 6 Months Lupron Depot injections; 1500 mg metformin; 3 cycles of Clomid + TI = BFN
3 endometrial biopsies all were "out of phase"
September - December, 2013: Break to lose weight and get healthy
40 lb weight loss but still not ovulating "in phase"
February - March 2014: bcps + follistim + trigger + TI = BFP
Beta #1 (12dpo): 30; Beta #2 (18dpo): 500; Beta #3 (25dpo): 7,000!!!
1st u/s 4/16: One beautiful hb at 144 bmp
2nd u/s 4/29: hb at 166 bmp. Graduated from RE!!

Baby girl arrived on Thanksgiving day weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 20 inches
21 weeks tomorrow and little babe is doing well! I'm starting to feel movement now which made it finally feel real. I even cried a little last night (okay maybe more than a little). Prenatal massages are the best thing ever and I've gone 5 days now without throwing up! Which is a record! Still taking Zofran daily to fight the nausea, but Im fine with that as long as I'm not throwing up! Here's this week's bump picture! (And please excuse the disaster of a house behind me. Our basement flooded...again... So everything is all torn up)

I know I haven't updated in a while. I feel bad because I am terrible at taking bump pictures so I don't have any pics with my post. Things here are going well. It seems hard to believe that I am at 31w5d! I feel baby girl move all of the time! She actually has hiccups as I am typing this.
We had our shower a few weeks ago and were blessed to be given so much of what we needed from our fabulous friends and family. The nursery is half done...well probably more than half, but I need to order the glider and we need to put up the crib. I think that might happen on Sunday. We are having our Canada Day party on Saturday (DH is Canadian, I am American, we live in the states, but DH loves his Canada day party), so everything this week has been prepping for that!
I hope all of you ladies are doing well! Everyday I hope for an into over on PAIF from a 3Ter.

@RammerJammer I completely agree with your thoughts about wanting people to know anyway. I am definitely interested in ways to announce while still honoring IF. I have been thinking about that lately too LOL even though I'm nowhere near that yet. Let us know what you end up doing!

Me:Hypothyroid DH: Type II diabetic. Together since 03/2007, Married 10/2011, D/C bc 10/2011. TTC: 11/2011. Charted BBT and CV along with OPK 10/2011-02/2012 Baseline labs 02/2012 WNL, SA 03/2012: botched sample by lab - destroyed hubby's confidence. 04/2012 Clomid 05/2012 Clomid 06/2012 Clomid 07/2012 Clomid and Ovidrel 08/2012 Ovidrel (I never knew that I was supposed to be monitored while on meds...I never was. I asked for u/s and other tests to see why we weren't getting pregnant, doc just kept giving me meds and telling me to go to his church for a "laying of hands") Stopped all monitoring/testing/temps, etc, Sex became a chore and we started to grow apart. At 12 mos I decided to look for another doc. 02/2013 consult with new doc....3 days later testing began...u/s, all good, HSG: all good, labs: all good, ovulating, etc. Started on Pregnitude. 04/2013 failed attempt for SA, 05/2013 failed attempt SA. 12/2013 SA: 3% morph, abnormal functionality. DH started Pycnogenol. RE consult 01/15/2014.

07/23 emergency lap to remove ectopic mass and left tube

IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN
Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)
Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result
Attempted cycle Clomid + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)
