Do you mind checking out my chart? PIP *UPDATE*

Well ladies, my period is now 2 days late with no real sign of it. I am slightly bloated, and had acne for a few days, and this morning I wake and my skin is completely clear. My breasts are a little sore but not out of control sore. Still…all of that can be PMS issues. I am, however, VERY moody. Again—a possible PMS issue.

What puzzles me is my chart. As you can see, my temp has gone up this morning. You also see a possible implantation dip at 5 DPO, but I thought you don’t implant until 7 DPO or later? There also appears to be a trifecta pattern of up and down, but you can also see that it dipped below the line a few days ago which would still indicate to me my period is still coming?

I am confused and unsure. What do you think? Does it still look like AF is on her way, or does it look like a possible pregnancy?

***ALSO NOTE: We are not actually trying yet. We are getting married the first week of September, so we planned to wait and start the last week of August. But...there was a day around fertile time we weren’t too careful this cycle.

It's so hard to tell from the chart. The months I got preg my temp took a dive early on around 7 dpo and went up and stayed up. On non preg cycles My temps never fully dropped until after I started my period but they did go down some. Have you taken a test?

ETA: I just looked back at mine. My pregnancy charts look crazy too. If I wouldn't have marked positive pregnancy test I wouldn't know it was a pregnancy.

@Pintobean39 - Here is the chart from when I got pg with my DD. This one is way more obvious, but usually when AF is coming, the temp never goes back up like that. I guess I will wait til tomorrow, and if still no AF, I need to test. We had an oops-the-condom-broke incident this cycle, so anything is possible!

Thanks to this new app I can't add pictures anymore. I think my charts are in my siggy. You can go back and look at mine. My sept 20th chart is crazy but I had at the end a rise in temp. I miscarried at 8 1/2 weeks but it just shows pregnancy charts aren't always pretty. The one before that was prettier but it was a cp.

@Pintobean39 - I see that...that IS a crazy chart! Well...I will go ahead and buy a test tonight, and take it tomorrow if still no AF. I appreciate all your help!

How long is your typical lp?  I can't believe you haven't tested yet... but that's bc I can't wait to pee! Best wishes!

I bought a test on my lunch break and plan to take it either tonight or tomorrow morning with FMU. We shall see if I will be fitting in my wedding dress or not in September

Well ladies…BFN.
I drink about 10 full glasses of water a day though, so I am wondering if it’s just diluted from that?
I bought a 2-test pack, so I will take one tomorrow morning just to be sure before enjoying my weekend margarita.

Like I mentioned—we weren’t really trying this month, anyway. The condom broke at  CD 13 which was 2 days before O for me on this cycle, so it is still possible!

Will let you know in the morning.

I'm sorry, but yes still possible... for future refrences beware the dislike of blue dye tests... they tend to have a dark evap line that can look postive but aren't true positives.

@Pintobean39- Thank you. Even though we weren't really trying, it's still sad to see the "not pregnant" result. Oh well-- we will be officially trying on our honeymoon, so we will see what that brings!

@kelley72 - Thank you. Yes-- if I was actually TTC this cycle and my period was late, I would have bought the nice digitals. Hopefully I get a BFP after the wedding.

Sorry about the BFN.  Hope you're right about the implantation dip in time.  Looks to me you might've ovulated a day before your chart says?  I have a dip this cycle too around 8 DPO.  I'm trying to be patient until 18 DPO before testing.

Aww, I was hoping to see a positive update at the end of the thread. 

A honeymoon BFP does sound romantic, though.

@NeonNoon - 18DPO?! Why not 14DPO? I would want to pull my hair out waiting that long.

I do want to pull my hair out.. haha.  It's a way of saving on the HPTs, since I am a phantom symptom queen.  According to Weschler, if your BBT stays high for 18 days after ovulation, you are almost certainly pregnant.

My temp dropped low this morning and I woke crampy. That told me right there AF is probably on her way. I took the test anyway just to see, and it was a dud! Didn’t show me anything.

Damn cheap blue dye CVS Pharmacy tests!

Sooo…I’m just going to not waste any more money on tests for now, and wait around for AF. I hope she comes soon.

@Pintobean39- I was expecting one after last night. I pulled the negative test out of my purse when I got off work, and there was a line in the pregnant box. Not really dark..but a faint one. My guess is it was an evaporation line.

That sucks!! I've always heard blue dye test are horrible with evap lines. I have never used them so I have no experience. Hopefully you aren't out yet. If you take another test in a day or two if you still don't get your period get a first response pink dye test. They have always been very reliable for me. I'm still keeping my FX for you.
