2ww after IVF

Hi - I am 13dp3dt and today I had some spotting and feel crampy like AF is coming.  But I'm on crinone suppositories which I thought would prevent AF from coming.  Anyway, I'm wondering if this is normal?  And did any of you have these symptoms AND get a BFP?  My test is tomorrow and I'm starting to go crazy!!  Thank you!

    Crinone can definitely make you spot!

    Crinone can most definitely give you those symptoms. I had a little of both while on it.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    I just found out I'm pregnant today, felt like AF was coming, had cramps on/off the 2ww. Yes, you can get AF even on progesterone, I did 3 days before my beta during 1st IVF attempt. Cramping is very normal if pregnant, good luck
    Me: 32, DH: 34.
    Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

    14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
    Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).
