When I discovered i was pregnant this time around and I did the calculations, I came up with Dec. 5/14 (based on my crazy-short cycles after my m/c in Nov. The OB told me my due date is Dec. 8th/14.
Well, I came across this neat due date calculator that takes into account a lot more than just your DLP. No idea how accurate it is, but I did it for fun and came up with Dec. 3rd/14 as my "more accurate due date".
Wanted to share the link if you ladies wanted to try it out. Again, it's more for fun and I haven't placed a whole lot of stock in the result, but I am curious to see which date this baby decides to see the world!
My due date, based on LMP, is 8/8. This calculator gave me 8/7 as an alternative.
I actually think I ovulated later than the docs say, so I'd predict a more accurate due date of 8/11 or 8/12 - BUT baby is measuring ahead right now, so I very well could go early.
Dec 27th 2015 was my alternative which is about 3 weeks early which is freaky since I had ds 6 weeks early? My ob is stitching me up end of July for this reason...
My due date by LMP is Nov 4th, but the alternative one is Oct 30. That is more along with what they've said via ultrasound-they considered moving my date back but I said NO since I go overdue everytime!
So we're staying with Nov 4, and I'll probably still be pregnant on Nov 5th LOL
mine was exactly what the doctor estimated too - since DD was born on my due date, i wouldn't be terribly shocked if it happened again Although i do know the chances of that are slim...
Hi, Just did this for fun. Had my 12 month scan last week - was given initial due day of 13th January. Radiographer said due to size of baby, she'd put it more like 7th January - the alternative calculator just gave me the 6th of Jan! So it follows along more with my ultrasound too - interesting! Thanks for posting.
Re: A "More accurate due date calculation" (Just for fun)
