My ob/gyn said I am lacking in calcium as I did in my first pregnancy... I am not the biggest milk fan, but haven't completely cut out dairy from my diet. I poured myself a little glass of milk to go with my lunch and ever since I have been competing with my husband (j.k.)
I am curious if anyone has dealt with already having the slight gas with pregnancy, but then making it worse by adding dairy... or can anyone recommend a good calcium sustitute that won't make more bubbles in my tummy.

Yuuup. I've been farting up a storm and they smell sooo bad that it made me gag last night. I also had milk about a day before. Not sure of a good calcium sub, though. GL.
I have been gassy still just kept away from milk. I have cheese and yogurt with no affect on me, but that night I def had a date with the toilet :-(
