My LO is officially making me feel 20 years older than I am!! I wake up sore every morning! My arms hurt every day as if I did some new awesome workout at the gym or something when in reality all I did was carry my 30+ lb toddler, and I don't even carry him that often, he walks. On top of that my lower back is starting to bother me. I know I can't be the only one feeling this right now, does anyone know any exercises to maybe strengthen the back or ease the soreness?
