Wore spanx today. It is just pushing in all my gassy bloat, and making me more and more queasy. I'm so close to taking them off and going commando for the train ride home. Learn from my mistake, and let your gut be free, ladies.

Yes! Due to bloat I did the hair band on the jeans button trick and was so happy with my decision. Let it hang!!!

I dealt with that last week with my fat jeans. Now I'm in my fat shorts and they seem to be doing ok so far. But I agree, let it be free! Better comfortable than not in my opinion.

Oh my gawwwdddd I made that mistake yesterday with the Spanxx and I was in bloat hell...ugh.  The Gas-X I made my hubby pick up for me on a Chipotle run helped for a good night's rest though. I think it was officially the last time I will be wearing any of my business skirts to work  [-X

Update (that I know you were all waiting in the edge of your seats for): took them off in my driveway, felt organs move back into the proper place. Never again. I think I'll be investing in some flattering maxi dresses for the rest of the summer bloat days.
