a little late to the party, but my laptop is used more for abcmouse these days now that i am home with her! ;) 

here are the greatest hits: saturday night around 2am i started having painful contractions and started timing them as i tried to sleep. they were pretty consistently 8-12mins apart and then started to spread out around 4am. when i woke up at 530 and started walking around, they got closer together, and fast. i woke dh up to tell him i thought today might be the day around 6. by 630am, i insisted he get out of bed that today was definitely the day. called the ob, my parents came over for the littles and we were on our way. by the time i was checked at the hospital (745) contractions were 2 mins apart and i was 5cm dilated. got the epi about 2 hours later because the anesthesiologist was busy with another case...which was ok with me because i was still handling them pretty well but oh sweet relief to not have to endure another internal without one. they are way worse than the contractions for me. 8cm, ob broke my water, and then we were on our way. had a little time to try to relax with the epi and see if the contractions would balance out while i finished dilating, which they did. pushed through three or four sets of contractions and she was out! i got to grab her and pull her out myself (no, really, doc, i'll do ALL the work! hahaha)

    Congrats! Forgive me for asking, but how do you pronounce her name? Is it like "Evan"? It's very pretty; I just want to make sure I'm saying it right in my head!

     Me (36) + DH(35) = Married 9yrs!
    BFP #1 May 2010! mc @11weeks blighted ovum, natural mc.
    BFP #2 Sept 2010! mc @9 weeks, natural mc. Diagnosed with Prothrombin Gene Mutation or Factor II (hetro)-baby asprin while ttc, Found out the hard way that I am deathly allergic to aspirin- OB put me on Heparin injections.
    BFP #3 July 2011 with DS (whom was diagnosed with bilateral trans-radial limb deficiency at 20 week A/S-with no answers why) born 4-12-12.
    BFP #4 March 2013! Early mc @6weeks.

    it's a nice irish name that i haven't seen over here yet. :) it is pronounced EE-ven and we are calling her eavie (EE-vee)
