I can't breathe!

I don't know if it's pregnancy , allergies, a cold, or some combo of the three. But my nose is completely stopped up but also running to the point of dripping. How does it do both at the same time?!? I thought I was exhausted before, not being able to breathe and sniffing every 3 seconds is *really* exhausting!

My OB said benadryl and zyrtec are safe to take, if you feel comfortable doing that in the 1st tri. It may help relieve some congestion.

Zrytec is safe. Also look into a netipot.

Nasal swelling in pregnancy is really common.

It's so darn annoying though! Hopefully you can find some relief.

Searched my work bag and found... A box full of Advil + Pseudoephedrine (double fail). But I also found two leftover Allegras! Yay!

I will admit I got up in the middle of the night last night and did a few sprays of Afrin without even thinking about it. *whoops*

Drink a lil warm water wit honey and ginger.. Thts wat my doc suggested fr my cold.. It did help .. Feel better !!

I've also heard this is a pregnancy symptom and my BFF experienced this.  Feel better.
