Weeks: 8, baby!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: I had PUPPPS my first pregnancy from 36 weeks until I delivered at 41 weeks. And then I had a mild form of it until my daughter weaned at 17 months. I was told it was highly unlikely I'd get it again. I'm pretty sure I've had it for a week now. I need to make an appointment with a dermatologist because I know that I CANNOT deal with full-blown PUPPPS for 7 months. I about lost it after a few weeks. I'm really upset that it has come back. My body hates pregnancy so much. Good news is that my first appointment is on Friday, so we should be able to see a heartbeat then!

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? I love carrying around this little secret with me.

Weeks: 6 weeks!!

Baby Size: Sweet Pea

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments:  I had a total freak out on Tuesday because I felt like my symptoms were gone.  I think it's because I felt so good Monday.  I called the RE and asked for another beta.  She said because my numbers on Sunday were so high (9,400) bloodwork wouldn't tell us much.  She reassured me and told me to just wait until the ultrasound on Friday.  So I'm counting the minutes until 2:15 on Friday.  I felt pretty nauseous last night and this morning, so I'm taking that as a good sign.  My boobs just aren't really hurting anymore (I can squeeze them and they don't hurt), so that still has me a little worried.  I posted on PGAL yesterday because all of those crazy thoughts are taking over.  PGAL Brain really sucks!!

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far?  I think I haven't totally convinced myself that I'm actually pregnant or maybe I'm not allowing myself to connect until the ultrasound.  Once I see the heartbeat, I know I will believe it and instantly be in love. 

What I do love about being pregnant so far is the special way my DH treats me and how he refers to me in plural.  It's cute!

Size of Baby: Raspberry

Rants/Raves/etc: Not much today actually. Yesterday my MS was horrible all day long. Today, I am feeling okay.

GTKY: I am a lot like the PP. I haven't had an ultrasound yet and I saw 2 drops of red blood on Monday so needless to say, my brain is thinking very negatively until I have my first U/S (next Tuesday). But I guess I will say not being on a diet for once in my life

Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Urinating often is in full swing. Breast are little sore. Craving are also on full force, ate an entire pizza last night. Heart burn is also in full force. Excessive thirst in full force./Appointments: My first prenatal appointment is July 17th. And I will be 8 weeks and 1 day.


GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? My favorite thing so far is that I am able to carry another child.

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? I can't stop smiling...after hearing the heartbeat on Monday it is starting to finally sink in. I'm just amazed and so in love.

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments:  I'm so impatient for my ultrasound - it isn't until July 29th so I'll be almost 10 weeks. I think because I got a BFP so early this time it seems so far away. Also being an end of the month EDD makes it hard when I see all the other posters with ultrasounds!  I don't have full blown morning sickness but whenever I need to eat I just feel sick, not hungry. And nothing sounds good to eat so I just have to force myself to eat something. Rant - I've already gained 5 lbs!  A little worried about how much I'll gain!  

GTKY:  Love the way my husband treats me. Whenever we pray before meals he always puts his hand on my belly to include the baby. It's something we started doing when I was pregnant with DS and I think it's so sweet!

Rants/raves/symptoms/appts: first appointment is tomorrow, just the "confirmation" appointment so it won't be very eventful.

Irritated at how sluggish I feel. It felt like I was wearing a backpack filled with bricks when I went running yesterday. BOO!!

Favorite thing about being pregnant? I'll let you know once I believe it myself! Still very surreal. I'm hoping once I hear the heartbeat or have my first ultrasound it will sink in

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: Being PGAL is messing with my brain. When my symptoms aren't as strong, it makes me stress. I just want my appointment next Tuesday to be here already!
GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? My husband has been wonderful. He's just as scared about another loss so he's been very understanding about my worries. He's been giving me lots and lots of hugs too so that always brightens my day.

Baby size: Sweet Pea

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointment: I feel pretty awesome in the mornings except for sore nipples. Not the whole boob, just the stupid nipples! My queasiness sets in around 3pm and lasts until after dinner but I can't actually puke. Our first appointment will be on 7/7 at 8 weeks.

GTKY- Whats your favorite thing about being pregnant so far: DH and I have decided to wait until the second trimester to announce so we have this wonderful secret!

Baby Size: raspberry on this app, pecan on another. I feel like a pecan is bigger than a raspberry, so I like that better!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: As someone without much nausea, and this is my first, it's disheartening to hear 'nausea means its healthy,' otherwise I feel pretty great (just tired) and excited! I've had an u/s with a healthy heartbeat, so everything's good!
GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? Seeing and hearing the heartbeat was the most amazing thing. Can't wait for the next u/s in about a month!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: I had a mini freakout on Monday night because my one symptom (sore boobs) had gone away. Yesterday and today I had very brief moments of nausea. Otherwise, still don't even feel pregnant.

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? Just feeling so excited about everything, and knowing DH is too.

lagirafe85, I understand how you feel completely about symptoms disappearing, i had sore breast a few days and then it just stopped and right not my only symptoms are moodiness, tiredness, excessive urination, and thirst. I am praying that more symptoms show up really soon.

@Sarmouse‌ We're in the exact same boat! I'm 5 weeks today and my first U/S also isn't until July 29. We can wait it out together!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: Not really having any symptoms other than occasional mild cramping. I am super excited because I have an appointment tomorrow, though it is just with the nurse. I think it's a general pregnancy overview type of appointment, but I'm just happy to have something. I'm assuming she will do bloodwork as well.

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? I'm just excited to be growing a baby! I also like having this secret with just DH. He's been very sweet so far!

Rants/Raves/Symptoms/Appointments: had my second ultrasound today, which was kind of sad.  I had an unplanned u/s last week because of some bleeding, and they found a second baby, but it had a slow heart rate and they said it probably wouldn't make it.  and today, we confirmed that -- baby #2 is gone.  baby #1 is very healthy and measuring at 7w 5d, so I am very thankful for that at least!  also, my RE says I'm good to go back to my OB now.. and while I love my OB, I will miss the constant monitoring at the fertility clinic!

GTKY: What's your favorite thing about being pregnant so far? I agree with another poster -- seeing/heart the heartbeat!  oh yeah, and the excuse to take naps...

I'm 5 weeks today too but my cnm is making me wait til 12 weeks to come in since everything went easy peasy with DS. No complaints, I'm just a tad impatient lol.

Rants/raves: it's hard to know so early and feel like we should wait to tell everyone. Trying to to focus on DR so he gets lots if attention before the new tiny arrives!

GTKY: I love feeling the movements and seeing baby respond to songs or my moods
